Campaign Spotlight: #SonehraPakistan

A lot of brands released Independence Day campaigns around this 14th August. From #MeraPakistan, #GoGreenPakistan to #SonehraPakistan, the digital landscape was flooded with positive facts about the land of the pure.

#SonehraPakistan was an initiative by Soneri Bank. It’s pretty interesting how they managed to integrate their brand name in the theme of the season in the use of the hashtag.

According to the PR representative of Soneri Bank, the objective of the campaign was to bring together the youth of Pakistan from different cities on Twitter. They were encouraged to project a positive image of the nation by using their online influence.

The hashtag generated great talkability with some amazing facts about Pakistan, that are not highlighted on a regular basis.
